GENERAL TECHNICAL INFORMATION
PTC fan heating element includes one or several PTC row as the heat generator, and aluminum heat sink fins conducting heat radiation thereto. Each row of PTC is glued to a contacting plate soldered with the heat sink fins. Since the plate of the heat radiators are thermally couples to the heat generator , respectively, heat generated by the PTC thermistor unit is radiated from the fins through the plate. The ends of respective sets of fins opening portions, and contacting plates are disposed above and below the respective opening portions so as to radiate the heat equally.
APPLICATIONS
PTC fan heating elements can be used in heating application such as space heaters, cloth dryers, dish dryers, hand dryers , de-humidifiers, etc.
